Editorial Policy

We only review operators that (a) are currently licensed or operating legally in their target market, (b) accept players we can actually serve, and (c) have a payment track record our team can verify independently.

We do not review operators that have active warnings from reputable industry watchdogs, unresolved payment disputes, or that refuse basic due diligence questions from our team.

Every operator gets a numerical score on a 0–10 scale. The score is composed of weighted sub-scores covering: traffic and game availability, software quality, payment reliability, customer support responsiveness, licensing and regulation, and the specific deal quality we can offer to our readers.

Scores are updated when underlying data changes. A payment delay, a software regression, or a licensing change will move a score within days of our team confirming the event. Scores are never adjusted in exchange for commercial considerations.

Every review published here is read and approved by at least one editor with poker industry experience. Claims about bonus terms, rakeback percentages, withdrawal minimums, and payment methods are cross-checked against the operator's live terms page at the time of publication — and again at every scheduled review update.

If a reviewer or an editor cannot independently verify a claim, it is either cut from the review or flagged as "unverified" in the published text. We do not publish rumours as facts.

Most deals we recommend earn us a commission from the operator. The commission is paid by the operator out of their marketing budget — it does not increase your cost to play. Every review page identifies the relationship.

A commercial relationship is necessary for us to negotiate improved rakeback and bonus offers for our readers; it is not a conflict of interest that changes how we score the operator. We have declined commercial partnerships with operators whose product we cannot honestly recommend, and we will continue to do so.

If you believe a review contains a factual error or misses a material update, contact us. We investigate every report. Confirmed corrections are applied to the review with a visible note describing what changed and when.

If we make a ranking or recommendation we later regret — because the operator changed terms, slowed payments, or failed to deliver on a deal — we update the review and publicly record the change. We do not silently delete past recommendations.

We do not accept payment in exchange for inflating a score, hiding a complaint, or promoting a specific operator above another.

We do not publish reviews written by operators themselves, or by PR agencies working on their behalf, without a clear disclosure at the top of the page.

We do not advise underage users, users in jurisdictions where our recommended operators are illegal, or users showing signs of problem gambling. We include responsible gambling links on every deal page.

Gambling should be fun, never financially necessary.
